These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.invisionpharma.com, operated by Invision Pharma Limited (“Invision Pharma”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before using the website or submitting an enquiry.
1. About This Website
Our website provides information about cosmetic and nutraceutical products and our private label, contract manufacturing, custom formulation and related services.
Website content helps you understand our capabilities and discuss a potential project. Submitting a form, requesting a catalogue or discussing a product does not, by itself, confirm an order or create a manufacturing agreement.
2. Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and to evaluate our products and services.
You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or unauthorised information.
- Upload harmful files or attempt to access systems without permission.
- Interfere with the website or other users.
- Misuse our name, branding or content to suggest an unauthorised association.
If you enquire on behalf of a business, you should be authorised to share its information and discuss the project.
3. Product and Service Information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Formulations, ingredients, pack sizes, availability and service options may change.
Images and mockups may be illustrative. Final product appearance, packaging, specifications and manufacturing arrangements are confirmed for the individual project.
General website descriptions do not replace an approved specification, test report, quotation or written agreement.
4. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
An enquiry is a request for information. Product availability, minimum order quantities, sample charges, prices, taxes, payment terms and production timelines must be confirmed in writing.
A quotation is subject to its stated validity and conditions. An order becomes binding when accepted in accordance with the separately agreed quotation, purchase order or manufacturing agreement.
Where a written project agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement takes priority for the project.
5. Formulations, Samples and Approvals
Formulation development and manufacturing depend on technical feasibility, ingredient availability, packaging compatibility and the agreed product requirements.
The project agreement will identify the required sample, formulation, artwork and packaging approvals. Changes requested after approval may affect cost, quantity and delivery dates.
Development samples are supplied for the evaluation purposes and conditions communicated with them. They must not be sold or distributed without written authorisation and any required approvals.
6. Pricing, Payments, Changes and Cancellations
Prices and payment requirements are confirmed in the applicable quotation or agreement. Charges for development, testing, packaging, freight, taxes or other services will be identified where relevant.
Order changes, cancellations, refunds and returns are handled under the agreed project terms and applicable law. These website terms do not establish a blanket non-refundable payment or no-return policy.
Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel a project.
7. Manufacturing, Dispatch and Delivery
Production and dispatch schedules depend on the agreed scope, approvals, payments and availability of materials and packaging. The applicable agreement will identify whether a date is an estimate or a firm commitment.
Shipping arrangements, delivery charges, inspection requirements, transfer of risk and remedies for delay will be addressed in the project terms. We will communicate material changes affecting the agreed schedule.
8. Product Claims and Regulatory Requirements
Product suitability, labelling, claims, testing, registrations and market approvals depend on the product category and intended destination.
The responsibilities of Invision Pharma and the customer must be agreed for each project. Website content does not guarantee approval in any country or authorise a particular claim.
Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility imposed on either party by applicable law. Website content is not personal medical advice.
9. Intellectual Property and Confidential Information
Website text, graphics, logos and other materials belong to Invision Pharma or their respective owners. You may view and download materials for internal business evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution or other use requires permission unless allowed by law.
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Sharing them allows us to review them and respond to your enquiry; it does not automatically transfer ownership to us.
Ownership and permitted use of formulations, artwork, development work and other project materials must be agreed in writing.
Arrange an appropriate confidentiality agreement before sharing trade secrets or highly confidential formulas through a general enquiry channel.
10. Third-Party Links and Website Availability
Links to external websites or communication platforms are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
We aim to maintain website availability but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update content or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or misuse prevention.
11. Liability and Your Legal Rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or interruptions to website access.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibilities and remedies relating to supplied products and paid services are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and related enquiries.
Acceptance of website terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional advertising or marketing.
13. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Updates do not retrospectively change an accepted project agreement without the agreement or legal basis required.
These website terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory legal rights and any separate written agreement, disputes may be brought before the courts having competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
